Recommended Lure: Special River Lure

You will need to take a boat from one of the small islands on the East side of Lemoyne on the Lannahechee River to get to Sisika Penitentiary. After arriving through the canal, park the boat and get out facing SE to begin fishing. This green/yellowish catfish will be fairly easy to catch as it's small/medium size and will fit inside your satchel.
